Hakuba Butter is a steak delivery/ steakhouse restaurant located in Hakuba, the heart of Japanese Alps. Here you can try beef or salmon stake smothered in our secret Hakuba Butter sauce. You can also choose a vegan option, a hunburger with demi-glass sauce. In the restaurant you can enjoy your steak in the unique atmosphere of Irori, a traditional Japanese fireplace that has over 14 thousand year of history. We will provide a pick-up service to the restaurant if you make a reservation 1 day in advance. All items can also be delivered to any location in Hakuba Village.
